Stompin at Falls!

Hey all - for those Stompers attending Falls Festival this year, as discussed we will try & meet up to boogie together!

The chosen band to go with our dance gathering is the mighty fine Blue King Brown - check out their website: http://www.bluekingbrown.com/

They are playing on Sunday, 31st of January at 4:30pm so spread the word and we will aim to meet outside the main Falls merchandise tent at 4:15pm - so please spread the word before and at the festival to fellow Stompers!!! Woot!

If plan fails, well all the best for Falls, Happy 2007 to all and may you let go of everything but your dancing shoes

For the sake of “talking film”

This is my favourite director, Wes Anderson. The word on the street is that he is currently making Fantastic Mr Fox by Roald Dahl into a movie (ace!). I love all of his films mainly because of his close attention to and love of detail.

Pray tell, who are your favourite directors and/or movies? It is always fun to know

“What is this? A Dance Centre for Ants?

Aloha cyber groovers,

Glad to finally start blogging with you

Today was a very exciting day for all as we were presented with the funky scale model of the Home set. It was so great, from a dancer’s perspective, to gain more insight into how big the show really is. There is a lot of hard & fun work going on in all ‘departments’!

We also performed dance pieces from all groups - even more excitement! We also ate cake - thanks Lily !

Thankyou to the Architecture team for informing us on your awesome efforts.
