Jane Woollard is a theatre director, playwright and dramaturg with a theatre making practice spanning 35 years. She has mentored many emerging writers, performers, designers and directors, especially while in the role of Artistic Director, Union House Theatre at the University of Melbourne 1999–2002. During her long collaboration with Kit Lazaroo, Jane has directed many award-winning productions.

Jane is Senior Lecturer, Theatre and Coordinator of Theatre and Performance at the University of Tasmania. She has served on the executive and boards of the Association for Australasian Theatre, Drama and Performance Studies, the Australian Women Directors Alliance and Junction Arts Festival.

Passionate about grassroots community connection, Julie has been instrumental in empowering communities to thrive across local, national and international projects using arts, storytelling, celebration and community action. Julie takes a strategic approach to identifying new opportunities and developing collaborative partnerships. 

She has a background in working with local government and not-for-profit organisations in the environment and social justice sectors with a focus on strategic planning, project management, facilitation and community engagement. Currently she is a Senior Adviser at Australian Red Cross. 

An avid lover of nature, when not working or volunteering with Stompin, she spends her time supporting conservation efforts and hanging out in the great outdoors with her family.

With more than 30 years’ experience in Arts Education, Joh is a passionate advocate for young people and the transformative power of the arts in community life. A dedicated public school teacher for 34 years, she has taught Drama and English across Tasmania, creating inclusive, engaging programs that empower students of all backgrounds. Joh has led innovative initiatives linking schools with the professional arts sector, giving young people authentic creative experiences and pathways.

Her commitment extends beyond the classroom through significant board and committee service. Joh has contributed to the Drama Tas board, presented at state and national conferences, and held leadership roles with Three River Theatre as Secretary and Vice President. She also served on the DMP Childcare board. These roles reflect her strong governance experience and commitment to strengthening opportunities for young people.

As a proud mother and grandmother of Stompers, Joh brings both professional expertise and personal insight into how arts programs can profoundly shape young lives.

Indea Quinn is a multi-disciplinary performer, theatre maker and arts practitioner based in Launceston. She holds a Bachelor of Contemporary Arts (Hons) from the University of Tasmania and has trained extensively in physical theatre, including a residency with Frantic Assembly in London and the NIPAI International Physical Theatre Lab and Conference in Austria.

Indea has performed, written and produced work across a range of contexts, from solo productions and community participatory projects to new writing and development programmes. She has collaborated with and worked across a broad range of Tasmanian and national arts organisations, including Mudlark Theatre, Tasdance, Junction Arts Festival, RANT Arts, Performing Lines, Ten Days on the Island, Australian Theatre for Young People and Sawtooth A.R.I. She was a recipient of the inaugural Women's Art Prize Tasmania Fellowship in 2023. Indea currently teaches theatre to young people, and works in programming and marketing for Theatre North.

Lisa McConnon is an experienced business owner and executive leader with over 20 years’ experience across corporate, community and entrepreneurial sectors. She brings a strong foundation in people and culture, operations and governance, with a focus on helping organisations grow with clarity and purpose. Lisa has held senior leadership roles, including CEO positions across both for-profit and not-for-profit organisations, guiding teams through periods of growth, change and renewal.

She is passionate about the role of arts and community organisations in creating connection, expression and opportunity. Lisa brings a practical, people-first approach to her work with boards, supporting strong governance while ensuring organisations remain grounded in their values and impact.

A Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and Certified HR Professional (CPHR), Lisa was also recognised as a Telstra Business Woman of the Year Award winner for her work transforming organisations through a people-focused approach.
